		<description>I wonder when you say "China" whom you're referring to? The CCP? The central government in Beijing which struggles to control the south? The munipal governments? The economic capitals in Shanghai and Hong Kong? The populace? I mean, generalizing about 1.3 billion people, consisting of over 50 ethnic groups in dozens of provinces and thousands of geographical regions under the most extensive bureaucratic system in the world, using a single word, seems rather confusing to me. Just sayin.</description>
