		<description>Kym@ As I understand the word Kaffir is banned in SA. Yes it is still used but as you say it is a more a symbolic as difficult to enforce but I still think the point is made that this word is not acceptable and people cannot walk around using it. All the arguments for free speech are there and it does concern me that a word should be banned legally as it would be far better if we the people imposed our own self censorship on the word. But that hasnt worked and this word is one that should be binned once and for all. 

There are many words out there that I find offensive and do not use and either walk away from people who do use them or tell them that I find the word offensiv.</description>
