I think the world is a global village now, and the issues of the Niger-Delta will not be solved by your excellent write-up.There is a massive increase in energy use from the Chinese and the Indians, which is getting to about 15%more than the (OECD).
The Niger-Delta needs a sustainable development to meet the challenges of providing economic growth and still yet not compromising the environment.
What is needed in the region is to provide a proposal to empower the community to meet sustainable development</description>
