In case anyone is wondering where I disappeared to over the past 10 days, I have been to Cape Town which was supposed to be a three day trip but ended up nearly a week most of which was spent in a drug stupor on my back! I arrived Friday afternoon, went straight down to the beach

and by 8pm my back had sezied up and that was it for the next two days. Things improved on Monday and I managed to interview and record a piece by Plan Be (a young Dominican/South Africa DJ /Rapper living in Cape Town). Here he is reciting a powerful piece he wrote against rape called “I STAND AGAINST”.

Video performance at TAC (Treatment Action Campaign Muizenberg & Vyrgrond Branch)
